Orlando Magic Fans Can Watch "Magic Classics" With Papa John's Pizza

Orlando, Fla. – Orlando Magic fans in the Central Florida area can “win” with Papa John’s during the month of November just by watching the “Magic Classics” series of games on Sun Sports.


Sun Sports has been taking a look back at Orlando Magic history each Wednesday by debuting one of the team’s classic games. Now, throughout the remainder of November, fans can watch and “win” by taking 50 percent off their online orders on papajohns.com by simply entering MAGICWIN while placing their order on the day of each premiere episode.


The next premiere will take place on Wednesday, November 9 at 6 p.m., featuring the Magic’s First Round playoff win against the Boston Celtics on May 5, 1995, the last game ever played in the storied Boston Garden. On Wednesday, November 16, “Magic Classics” takes fans back to November 6, 1989, when Orlando recorded its first regular season victory in team history vs. New York.


The broadcast tandem of David Steele and Matt Guokas (also the Magic’s first-ever head coach) will take fans down memory lane and relive some of the greatest moments in Orlando Magic history during these “Magic Classics.” They will be joined by a variety of guests, including Magic Senior Vice President Pat Williams, Magic President of Basketball Operations/GM Otis Smith and former assistant coach and current Magic Radio Color Analyst Richie Adubato.
