Jason Richardson Has A Bone Bruise

Per Josh Robbins of the of the Orlando Sentinel, Magic guard Jason Richardson has a bone bruise in his left knee:

A Magic spokesman confirmed to the Orlando Sentinel than MRI today shows Jason Richardson has a bone bruise in his left knee and is day-to-day.

The starting guard for the Magic was injured in the third quarter of Orlando’s 117-109 win over Golden State on Thursday night and did not return.

J.J. Redick and Von Wafer will have to pick up the slack while should Richardson miss any games. Redick had 13 points, three assists in three rebounds in 34 minutes in Orlando’s win over Golden State Thursday while Von Wafer played 18 minutes, scored eight points, dished out three assists and had two rebounds.
