Per Alex Kennedy of Hoops World, the Magic may have some trouble retaining power forward Ryan Anderson.
Kennedy says teams “are offering frontoloaded contracts to make things difficult for Magic.”
The Magic cap woes are well-known, so this does clearly complicates things.
Anderson, who was named the league’s Most Improved Player, averaged 16.1 points and 7.7 rebounds per game last season. He led the league in both three pointers made and attempted.
Anderson has already visited the Sacramento Kings.
