Add another name to Orlando’s coaching candidate list.
According to Steve Luhm of the Salt Lake City Tribune, former Jazz player and current assistant coach Jeff Hornacek “has emerged as a candidate for the head coaching job in Orlando.”
Hornacek had a 14-year career, playing for the Phoenix Suns, Philadelphia 76ers and most notably the Jazz. He has been an assistant with the Jazz since 2007.
He joins Brian Shaw and Michael Malone, who have already interviewed for the job, and Jacque Vaughn and Quin Snyder on Orlando’s list.
