Jameer Nelson’s Contract

Douglas Jones-US PRESSWIRE

The details of Jameer Nelson’s contract have emerged.

Originally reported to be a three year deal worth $19.7 million, Eric Pincus of Hoops World reports the deal is worth $25.2 million.

Pincus says the first two years are worth $8.6 million and the last year, worth $8.0 million, is only partially guaranteed.

That would mean Nelson’s deal is actually a raise, something Magic fans probably won’t be pleased with.
