Nerlens Noel could be taken as high as the first overall pick in the 2013 NBA Draft, but many NBA GMs have rightful concerns about the health of his torn ACL. It essentially casts questions on his upside, but it is clear Noel is coming closer to being able to play basketball again. Teams would not be considering spending high lottery picks on the lanky forward were that not the case.  Let’s look at five reasons the Orlando Magic would be wise to nab Noel on Thursday (June 27) night.
