The Orlando Magic have a huge decision on the first draft pick they have, but they also have one for their pick they get from Denver. (AKA WoNK Pick/ Winner of Nuggets Knicks Pick) This pick could be a real change in how fast the Magic come back from ‘tanking’. There are so many possibilites the Magic could take with this pick, but it all depends on the pick they use before it. They could have names like Tyler Ennis, Willie Cauley-Stein, Gary Harris, and Doug McDermott on the board when they use the WoNK pick that could be around the 11th or 12th pick.

If I am the Magic I snatch Tyler Ennis as soon as I have the chance, even if they pick Dante Exum with their first pick. He is great ‘safe’ pick and could really be a great contributor as a reserve. Having a PG depth of Dante Exum. Tyler Ennis, and Jameer Nelson is not too shabby.

Willie Cauley-Stein is a very interesting pick indeed. The Magic don’t have the front court depth that could be a challenge in the weak Eastern Conference. He has the influence of a Nerlens Noel and could be even better if he added weight. He would add length and the athleticism that could make him a great back up for years to come.

Those two players are the prime focus players to pick with the WoNK pick. They will have the most impact on the team talent wise and could really boost the production as well. WoNK pick is even more important to the franchise than the top 5 pick. You can easily make or bust with this pick and it could ultimately be the game changer for the future. Players like Doug McDermott and Gary Harris I see as potential picks, but wouldn’t count on the Magic to pick them. Either way, this draft will be a huge start to becoming an elite team again and I see the future looking very bright for the Orlando Magic.

Who do you think the Magic should select with the WoNK pick? Should they go with a guard or a forward? Tell us your thoughts down below.
