ABC News said U.S. Vice President Mike Pence officiated the wedding.

The nuptials took place at the historic Andrew W. Mellon Auditorium in Washington, DC. (Cliff Owen/AP) President Trump and First Lady Melania Trump depart the White House for Steven Mnuchin's wedding.

Other VIP guests included Commerce Secretary Wilbur Ross and his wife, Hilary Geary Ross, Secretary of Veteran Affairs David Shulkin, White House press secretary Sean Spicer and his wife, Rebecca Miller, and HUD Secretary Ben Carson. His latest wedding was that of White House Treasury Secretary Steve Mnuchin, according to reports.

The bride wore a white gown with a lace top and full skirt and a diamond tiara; the groom, black tails and white bow tie.

First Lady Melania Trump arrived alongside the President in a pink Gilles Mendel gown of silk and chiffon. Numerous guests were bussed by a private charter from the Trump International Hotel. Vice President Mike Pence was also spotted at the event.

The wedding planner for the occasion was Lauryn Prattes, while floral designs were handled by Amaryllis. The blond wife of Mr Mnuchin, Louise Linton was born in Edinburgh, she has appeared in several Hollywood films but the cinema career probably is over for this 36-year-old performer.

Last week, the fiancee of Mnuchin Linton told The New York Times that many guests from 300 people will be from the presidential administration. Mnuchin worked for two decades at Goldman Sachs, launched a successful hedge fund and even worked in the movie biz, where he has amassed a fortune.

Mnuchin and Linton will reportedly move into their recently renovated mansion in Massachusetts Avenue Heights.
