The docs certainly made it look like Brad is the one going the extra mile - or 5,437 miles actually - traveling to London to visit the brood for a few hours each day while Angie films Maleficent 2!

Jolie, 42, specifically is frustrated that their custody issues continue to drag on, stalling the couple's ability to finalize their divorce, Page Six reported.

Then from June 27 through July 1, Pitt gets custody for 10 hours per day under the same scheduling circumstances. The couple first started a romance in 2004 and secretly tied the knot in France 10 years later.

The actress now has sole custody of Maddox, 16 Pax, 14, Zahara, 13, Shiloh, 12, and 9-year-old twins Vivienne and Knox. The documents obtained by The Blast say that "not having a relationship with their father is harmful" to the kids.

A judge stated that Jolie must provide Pitt with each child's cell phone number and that he is allowed to call whenever he wants.

The court has also laid out a summer schedule for the children.

While Maddox, 16, is basically allowed to spend his time, however, he pleases this summer, the other five children will have to follow a strict court-ordered summer schedule that dictates which days they must spend with each parent.

Failure to see through the order could result in Jolie losing primary physical custody to Pitt. Jolie is not allowed to be present during Pitt's time with the children. Brad Pitt; Pax Thien Jolie-Pitt, Shiloh Nouvel Jolie-Pitt and Maddox Jolie-Pitt attend the "Unbroken" Los Angeles premiere held at the TCL Chinese Theatre IMAX on December 15, 2014 in Hollywood, California.

According to the source, Pitt was also distressed over the time he did get to spend with his kids.

A spokesperson for Jolie said in a statement to 'This misleading leak is not in the best interests of the children.

Jolie and Pitt split in 2016 amid allegations of child abuse against Pitt during an incident aboard a private plane.

Sources told E! News that the rift has "dragged on for months, ' is at the heart of 'why the divorce is not final" yet almost two years after Jolie filed.

In May 2017, Pitt revealed in an interview with GQ that he had come to terms with his daily habit of relying on substances, mostly pot or alcohol, to "run from his feelings".

The primary custody loss could happen if the Changeling star doesn't attempt to improve her relationship with Pitt.

Us Weekly confirmed the accuracy of the documents. In late July, they'll be with him in L.A. for about a week.
