No action was taken at the time against Patekar and she made no formal complaint.

Ms Dutta had sought the commission's intervention after claiming that Mr Patekar allegedly misbehaved with her on the sets of a film in 2008.

Soon after Akshay's complaint, the said video was deleted from the YouTube channel.
