The snow may change to ice pellets and freezing rain in the afternoon, it will turn back to snow by Tuesday night and snow will change to flurries by Wednesday. Another Winter Storm will impact the area starting late tonight and lasting through Tuesday, then tapering off through Tuesday evening.

We're expecting at least an inch of snow overnight before the precipitation freezes up. Light snow and rain will continue to bubble up into southern New Jersey (maybe as far north as Interstate 195) throughout the day Monday.

The Philadelphia area is slated for wintry weather Monday, with a "potpourri of precipitation" expected over the next 36 hours. Strong west winds will be developing on Tuesday, possibly gusting close to 40 miles per hour.

"Surfaces such as highways, roads, walkways and parking lots may become hard to navigate due to accumulating snow", the advisory adds. A winter weather advisory is in effect from 6 p.m. Monday to 9 a.m. Tuesday.
