A 5.7 magnitude quake struck northwestern Tanzania's Great Lakes region Saturday, killing at least 10 people and collapsing buildings in the city of Bukoba on the shore of Lake Victoria. According to the BBC, local hospitals are full and can not cope with the number of injured.
