Body of Pennsylvania teen found in Luzerne County

Prosecutors say the body of 14-year-old Grace Parker was found dismembered in a wooded area in northeastern Pennsylvania on October 31. She is charged with felony child endangerment and a misdemeanor count of obstructing law enforcement. Sarah allegedly told police she would drop a photo off at the station, but never did.
